 1.         TRIAL & HEARING RESULTS:  Below is a partial listing of Trial & Hearing Results of clients represented by Chris Hesse: 

  • Client arrested by Amarillo Police for Assault on a Family Member.  Jury Trial.  Client found not guilty.
  • Client arrested by Fritch Police for Burglary of a Building while Using a Deadly Weapon.  Jury Trial.  Case dismissed by Judge after presentation of the evidence.
  • Client arrested by Amarillo Police for Felony Theft.  Jury Trial ended in hung jury.
  • Client arrested by Lubbock Police for Possession of Marijuana.  A Motion to Suppress was filed challenging the detention and search of the Defendant.  After a contested hearing, the Judge granted the Motion.  Case dismissed.
  • Client arrested by the Hutchinson County Sheriff’s Department for Theft.  A Motion to Suppress was filed challenging the legality of the taking of the property.  After a contested hearing, the Judge granted the Motion.  Case dismissed.
